Greetings from Belagavi- The Kundanagari

The department of Pathology, JN Medical college, Belagavi feel privileged to host ‘The 50th KCIAPM State Conference KAPCON- 2024’, a prestigious event and even more special this year, since it is the Golden Jubilee Year.

The event includes Conference and Pre-conference workshops which provides ample opportunities to share knowledge, exchange ideas and collaborative learning.

We are also organizing the 42nd Annual National CME in Pathology, which will precede the conference. This National event is being conducted uninterruptedly by our department since the last 41 years. It focuses mainly on the newer trends in Diagnostic Pathology, useful for post-graduates as well as budding and practicing pathologists, providing a feast of knowledge.

We hope these events will help in advancing our knowledge, enhancing our skills, and ultimately improving patient care through the field of pathology.

Belagavi, also known as Kundanagari (after the unique native sweet dish, Kunda) is a beautiful place, nestled at the foothills of Sahyadri mountain range. Belagavi has a rich cultural heritage, excellent weather, abundant greenery and several scenic places to visit. It is also in close proximity to Goa, which is known for its pristine beaches, vibrant nightlife and colonial architecture.
